hola familia!
After a very long day of travel, me with a group of 38 other missionaries, including 10 sisters arrived here at the CCM at 6:00pm. Travel went just fine. I´m so excited to finally be here! There are about 8 elders going to McAllen and 3 other sisters. It´s so nice to get to put on my nametag. I don´t know who my companion is yet, or really where I live, but I think I will figure that out soon. The CCM campus is very clean and beautiful complete with soccer field, football field, volleyball nets, etc. We haven´t met any missionaries outside my traveling group, but so far everyone is super friendly. I think it is funny that they have a barbed wire fence on top of an 8 foot chain linked fense, on top of an 8 foot cement wall. I finally know a tiny bit of what Josh said when he said it feels like a prison, but I´d say it is more like spirit paradise. The spirit is prevalent on this campus. I´m just so happy to finally be here!
